My love of fitness started as a child in the late 80’s with Kids Jazzercise and I never looked back. As I got older, my interest grew and I set out to learn and experience as much as I could. I truly believe that fitness is for everyone and that there is nothing more empowering than feeling strong.
Sharing my passion through helping others achieve stronger versions of themselves is the most rewarding aspect of training.
