Growing up, Danielle was surrounded by fitness. Her mother was a fitness instructor and her dad often ran marathons. But it wasn’t until Danielle hired a personal trainer prior for her wedding that she fell in love with how fitness can change someone’s body and the positive effects it has on one’s mental health. After a hard year, Danielle decided to leave her desk job and focus on herself and continue to develop her passion she discovered 8 years prior as a personal trainer.
